i detest airports…
once again i am writing at the airport, but this time, i am so fortunate to be stuck on new york awaiting my arrival to chicago. hopefully my flight doesn’t delay too much so that i miss my sf flight. fingers crossed.
the time is 634 am east coast time. why the eff did i choose a 6 am flight. bane of my existence. however, this hour on the plane of nothingness can now be filled with updates of my new york/boston trip! being in this plane is hilarious right now because we’re driving around the airport. got kicked out of our terminal. airplanes in drive are such a tease.
for those near and dear, you know that i was supposed to also stop by washington dc, philly, and new haven. funny stories. i’ll get to them later.
the last two weeks are kinda all a blur. new york has become a city of high expenditure and lots of warm fuzzy feelings. i’m excited to get out in one piece and without a broken heart (more of the opposite really).
here are things i did based on pictures i took. unfortunately, whipping out a camera makes you look like a tourist, and being a tourist is not cool. therefore, i did not take loads of pictures like i anticipated. also, i have learned that cool kids wrap their slr strap around their hand to indicate that they are hipsters living in new york fyi. don’t bother with a camera bag!
